for some of this drawing stuff what does these new terms of use mean then? I have understood that if you are a private user they change the terms next year and they have even rights to use your pictures for free. I don´t want to give my rights to Facebook. Or is it better to stay out of there? I can say that I am not a fan of Facebook.

work for free I mean! :) I think most of the cases it´s just better to say no.
Oliver and company
I just recently watched the making of Oliver & company. I never actually realized that they used CGI on that movie for that scooter and it was made in 1988. That effect was nicely blended into that movie.

I don't share much on facebook. Not so much because of policy - but that even if someone is following you there, your posts may or may not show up. They want $ to make sure your posts do show up. So I share just a bit with friends and family. Nothing of my work.
